Back To Basics - Knowing Your Business

Your objective in your MLM business, is to KNOW Your Business, to become an expert

at it, a pro guide to your prospects. This is the most important thing you can do for

yourself and your business BEFORE you start marketing.

Before you begin to seek prospects for any venture you NEED to first KNOW your

product and/or service. This is absolutely critical if you expect to be successful. Your

goal is to become a pro tour guide to your prospects, a leader of integrity to your

down-line. Your success will largely depend on it!

Exactly what should you know?

* First, you should carefully read every web-page on your web-site. NO SHORT CUTS

HERE! Why? Because knowing your business in and out will make you an expert of all

that it

offer. This allows you to confidently and accurately respond to your prospects and

down-lines most commonly asked questions.

* If your opportunity offers a members area then by all means read everything

inside that area. Know it! The members area is an important part of your web-site and

just as important as the content on your home page. In many cases it can offer some key

information for your success, which in itself can become a selling point for your

opportunity.

* It is YOUR responsibility to help your down-line to build and if you don't know

answers to commonly asked questions you not only lose credibility, but it makes you

look foolish and inept.

MLM and Affiliate Programs are people business, and people are genuinely looking for

leaders of integrity. Why would a

potential prospect want to sign-up under you if you don't know the answers to their

questions?

So, take the time needed and read through every page on your web-site including the

members area, where applicable. Plug in-to your up-line and ask, ask and ask again.

You can never ask too many questions. Up-lines are there to help.

Ok...it has taken some time and been a bit of work, but, you should be a PRO on your

opportunity. You should be able to answer 99% of all questions asked by any

prospects interested in signing up under you and be ready to give your new down-line all

the support they may need. Is that where you are? Can you give a professionally

guided tour and presentation of your opportunity? If not... go back to basics...it will

prove to be most profitable.

* KNOW your business in side out.

* Study your website and members area.

* Gain the knowledge needed to effectively help your

downline grown.

* Be able to answer 99% of the questions asked by your

prospects.

* Become a PRO tour guide for your prospects.

It will take time, it will take commitment, it will take passion. Knowing your

business is really taking care of your business. IF you take care of your business, your

business in turn WILL take care of you.
